Efraim Zuroff was born in New York, in 1970 the historian went to Israel. In 1978 he started working for the Simon Wiesenthal Center,
first in Los Angeles. Zuroff now heads the organization's office in Jerusalem and is responsible for the worldwide search for Nazi criminals.
